| My wife and I are in our DREAM HOME thanks solely to the time and effort Janet Elliott put forth in helping us find the perfect location. We're both extremely busy professionals. Janet was always on time when meeting for open-house tours and her endless supply of patience and encouragement made the proccess that much more fun and enjoyable. She gave us invaluable advice on each and every prospective property and continues to follow up with us today; even though the deal's been done for more than a year. When the other agent from whom we purchased the property refused to assist us with many, many blatant defects from non-permitted renovations - that caused thousands of dollars in repair bills -Janet stood by us the entire time and got us the help we needed. We are so thankful we met Janet and had her as our buyer's agent. But we're even more thankful today to have her as a friend. | |

| Janet first helped my parents buy their home when we moved to GA, and then helped me buy my first home. Both times, she was very helpful, not too pushy, and worked with our best interests at heart. Unlike other agents, I found she paid strong attention to my specifications, and scouted properties that were up my alley and worth considering. I have and will continue to recommend her as a great agent for any home buyer. | |

| From my personal experience I can say that Janet is simply the best Realtor for us, for many reasons and mostly for being Honest and Trusted Person. She is the one that me and my family can trust. I bought my house through Janet as she was the Seller's Representative last Aug.2006'. She was an excellent example for Honesty and Professionalism. Since then, she is the only one that I trust when I am seeking for a sincere opinion in the field of Real Estate. | Finding the right real estate agent isn't easy. There are so many agents out there who push limits in every regard, thus making the home buying experience uncomfortable and nerve racking. We were so happy to find Janet Elliott that we utilized her talents to buy and sell our homes. Janet possess all those talents you want in an agent. She is trustworthy, considerate, professional and knowledgeable. She can even swim with sharks without taking on their form! That's not something they teach you in real estate school, it's a character trait that puts Janet in her own class. Congratulations on finding her! | |

| Janet listed our house for sale in Alpharetta and assisted us with a new home purchase in another neighborhood in Alpharetta. This was the 5th house we have owned and Janet is by far the most knowlegable and professional Agent we have ever used. Her feed back was consistant and excellent, and helped us sell our home. We had a number of problems with our buyers and if not for Janet's hard work and persistance, our sale might have not gone through. She has a vast network of people she knows in the industry to assist in banking, inspections and repairs and they were all top notch. I have reccomended Janet to all of my friends and anyone I know that wants to sell or buy a home. Anyone can list a home or show you a house. What makes a good agent is when you have problems and how they are handled, and can direct you in negotiating to get the best deal. Janet went above and beyond and was there for us all of the time. | In 1996, Janet sold me my first home. She was referred to me by a co-worker. I had been working with the sorriest agent in Atlanta, and had not been successful in purchasing a home. In 1998, we listed my fiance's home with her, and in 1999, the home I bought in 1996. Also, in 1999, she worked with us to buy the house we currently own. She is thorough, aggressive when she needs to be, and works hard to earn her commission. When we sell this house, even though it's not in Janet's territory, she will get our business again. As you can see, we've both bought and sold through Janet. You will be as blown away by her professionalism, service and attention to detail as we were! | |
