Atlanta is a special city. The weather is great, the people are nice, and anyone who lives here will tell you it strikes the perfect balance of fast paced city life with the southern charm of a slower lifestyle.

While residents enjoy the many outdoor activities, such as taking a bike ride or run along the Atlanta Beltline or enjoying yoga in Piedmont Park, there are also plenty of cultural and art events, as well as the benefits of big city life.

Test your palate among the many distinguished restaurants throughout the city. Eat your way around the world with a huge variety of culturally specific cuisine. Shop at the high-end boutiques, malls, and local thrift stores. Take the kids to the Atlanta Zoo or the Georgia Aquarium. There virtually are endless restaurants to try, places to shop, and things to do.

Our point being, there is always something going on in the city. So, it makes sense why you would want to buy a home in the area. However, if you’re new to the home-buying process, and/or Atlanta itself, you can quickly become overwhelmed with the different neighborhoods and the specifics they offer.
